The Palm Leaf is a newly remodeled three-bedroom, two-bathroom private home with a pool and spa. This fabulous house is only a short walk to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria and a short walk to Bayfront Park. Stroll down to Pine Avenue and dine out at one of the many fine restaurants. Don't forget to explore the island on the free trolley that runs all day, every day from the end of Pine Avenue. The Palm Leaf has all the charm of Old Florida cottage ground level living with modern updates. All TVs in the house are Roku TVs. The open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, and dining room with a second living area space. The vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a perfect place to prepare the family meal!

EXTERIOR

The tropical, pool, and spa with the outdoor dining area has plenty of room for family and friends. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy evenings around the pool. Enjoy an outdoor shower to freshen up after your day at the beach.

The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are two covered parking spaces underneath the carport and an additional two parking spots in the driveway.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay at The Palm Leaf! The house is adorable, extremely clean and well-laid out for maximum use of indoor space. The backyard pool area is gorgeous and was a fun place to hang out when we got back from the beach each day. Location was great. Property managers were responsive and so helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We liked that everything was walking distance. The beaches were beautiful. We loved the pool and spa area. The pool was really warm, I don’t think we believed the host when he told us just how warm it would get around this time without the heating lol. The house felt really homey. "Such a cute beach house. On the smaller side, but so well appointed and laid out well that it feels cozy not cramped. Plus the outside pool area is spacious and beautiful so plenty of space to spread out in the sun. I loved the design and decor and the restored original terrazzo floor! The location is perfect. Quiet street but walkable to Pine Ave with all the shops and restaurants and to the Bay and Beach; all the best AMI has to offer is within reach! Of course renting a golf cart is super fun but we walked too which is a great way to get fresh air and see more of the island!

"We had to make a last minute change of plans and were so lucky to have found this home! Not only did we book last minute but they were able to get the house ready for an early check-in. "We had a fantastic stay! The property manager was easy to work with and had amazing response and service when we had questions or needed help. The house is close to everything, we rode our bikes everywhere on AMI. The pool and backyard space is AMAZING and absolutely makes the property. We spent very little time indoors but when we did the house is well furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay and felt like home. Thanks so much for a wonderful week!
