"We had a great stay. House was very comfortable, clean, and centrally located. House was prepared with everything you would need for the beach. Nice pool area with lounge chairs and nice table and chairs with a ceiling fan in shade next to pool. Also loved the screened in porch !

Everything you would want on a vacation!

"This rental was everything and more. This unit had everything you would want on a vacation. Location was centrally located to all beaches, shops and restaurants. Car really not needed since beach was directly across the street. This condo was decorated wonderfully and the most comfortable mattresses I ever slept on. Had everything for the beach as described which is a huge plus. Would definitely rent again and pass this on to family and friends. Side note: I’ve visited a lot of places in Florida over the years and this condo was one of the best. Thanks you Duncan!!

Provided everything you needed for the beach!

"We enjoyed our time in Anna Maria. The condo was nice. They provided everything you needed for the beach (wagon, chairs, toys, umbrella, puddle jumpers) and had a pack and play and high chair if you have small kids. It looked like it had recently been remodeled. The pool was warm. The location was directly across from Manatee beach where they had a little bar and food and live music.

Clean, renovated and beautifully decorated!

"The home was very clean , renovated and beautifully decorated. The pool was amazing water was always super warm and clean. The beach was walkable distance, very convenient! Also there's a Publix and other stores right across the street which was perfect. Beach chairs r pretty old and rusty but work. Lots of beach toys and pool toys. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back :)

The Getaway!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Getaway at Holmes Beach. It was a pleasure booking through Duncan Realty. They were very responsive with any questions we had in a super timely manner. When our 1st condo that we booked fell through a month before we were due to arrive Duncan promptly found us another unit for our stay. We will definitely use Duncan for all future stays!!
