This property is located on the North end of the Anna Maria Island and has a wonderful private, heated pool. Conveniently close to the beach to enjoy the sunset view from the front porch and a short walk of 176 yards to the white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Just pass a few homes and stick your toes in the water or dine at the famous Sandbar Restaurant which is also only half a block away. The house is very close to Pine Ave and all the great shops and restaurants in Anna Maria. Take a short stroll to the beach or go the other direction to the Bay side with views of the Sunshine Skyway.

EXTERIOR
Spring Break offers a great front porch to sit and relax or enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a large back porch with plenty of seating to enjoy your evening meal. A staircase is leading downstairs to the 27 ft by 12 ft heated pool from the back porch. There is plenty of seating around the pool. The covered patio invites to hang out or enjoy a game of darts. A gas grill and picnic table make this area complete. The large garage is filled with plenty of pool toys, beach cart and some beach chairs. Also enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when returning from the beach!
Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
There is one covered parking space in the garage and two more additional parking spaces in the driveway.
Spring Break is a pet friendly property for dogs 2+ years old, up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January. Other months require manager approval.
This property is protected by video surveillance in the front parking area.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
