The Jersey Girl House and Guest Cottage is a picturesque property that promises an unforgettable experience. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main house, along with an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in the guest house, it's perfectly suited for multigenerational family getaways or a bridal party getting ready for the big day!
Constructed in 2015, the house features tasteful coastal-themed décor that prioritizes guest comfort. Its gourmet kitchen and open floor plan provide ample space for family gatherings, complemented by over 1500 square feet of outdoor living area.

Conveniently located just a block away from Anna Maria's Pine Avenue, guests have easy access to fabulous shopping and dining options. Moreover, the Gulf or Bay Beaches, situated at each end of Spring Avenue, are within a short stroll. For those who prefer an active retreat, various rental options such as bikes, golf carts, GoPeds, and mopeds are available, allowing visitors to explore the tropical paradise hassle-free.

Water enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities on offer, including kayak and paddleboard rentals and guided tours. The Gulf Coast of Anna Maria boasts exceptional fishing opportunities, with two fishing piers and numerous charter captains available for hire.

EXTERIOR

The living room opens to the large balcony with outdoor dining which over looks the pool area and guest house. There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered areas under both the main house and guest house. Other features include an outdoor shower and gas grill.

There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is not available to guests.

Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

We love Jersey Girl!

"My family and I have been renting the Jersey Girl for an annual trip for the past 5 years and we LOVE the Jersey Girl. There is a main house and there is a guest house with a pool in between. It's perfect for larger groups because there is plenty of room to entertain and hang out together, but the home also provides an opportunity for everyone to have their own space. We love having the ability to have half the group stay at home and swim in the pool or head to the beach. We always feel like it's our home away from home when we come to stay for the week because the house is clean, the kitchen is fully stocked for nights we decide to stay in and cook. The Jersey Girl is in a prime location to walk to the beach, all the shops in town, and most importantly for my family the donut shop. Cannot recommend the Jersey Girl enough for your stay in AMI.

Fantastic Stay!

"I had a fantastic stay at the Jersey Girl on Anna Maria Island. It was my first visit to Anna Maria, and the experience exceeded all expectations! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, capturing the perfect beach house vibe that’s ideal for a seaside retreat. Located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, the property is conveniently within walking distance of coffee shops, sweet treats, and shopping. The layout is particularly impressive, featuring a main house and a smaller house nestled around a lovely swimming pool. It’s perfect for families or a group of friends looking for a memorable getaway. I highly recommend this stay—it's a true gem!

Wonderful Experience!

"We recently had the wonderful experience of staying at the Jersey Girl on Anna Maria, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The house was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, one block off Pine avenue which is the main shopping area, while still being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions making the check in process a breeze. The amenities were top notch, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, a warm and inviting outdoor area with a pool and lanai. The icing on the cake was the lovely guest cottage. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon in June and it was exactly what we were looking for! The pool provides a lovely, secluded getaway once you get back from the beach (which was only a short walk away!). PLENTY of space to have a large group stay in the house if that is what you are looking for. The property is close enough to the beach and restaurants but not too close to the "main drag". The ice cream shop around the corner is a nice bonus!! Checking in and out was such a breeze. Such a nice, quiet place to stay and we will definitely be back!

"I had the opportunity to stay at The Jersey Girl on Anna Maria Island in March. This home checked all of the boxes. You could not ask for a better location. A short stroll to restaurants and shops as well as a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Very convenient! We loved the main floor open concept which had all the amenities you could ask for. Vacationing with 3 other couples we had ample room. Plenty of gathering spaces in the kitchen and lounging area plus a large outdoor dining space off the kitchen area which was great for evening dinners in the beautiful Florida weather. A beautiful pool located between the main house and guest quarters was a bonus. Additional relaxing areas surrounding the pool provided options to be in the sun or the shade. This area was quite peaceful and tranquil with the gorgeous landscaping. This home was fully equipped and did not disappoint in anyway. It was absolutely a pleasure staying at The Jersey Girl and would highly recommend!!!
