Newly renovated with beautiful tile floors and furniture. Island Gem A is a two-bedroom rental in Anna Maria offering guests a tranquil Island experience near the beach right in the heart of the Island's favorite shopping and dining area. You will be located between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay with three blocks either way between you and the water. You will be only two short blocks from Pine Avenue, with its specialty shops and plentiful eateries. Do you have a larger party? Rent the other side of this duplex as well to sleep a total of 8 guests. There is access to a boat dock just across the street. The fireplace is decorative only and not for use.

EXTERIOR

There is an outdoor deck with plenty of seating by the pool area and grill to cook your catch of the day.

The pool heat is $150.00 per week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are two parking spaces reserved for this property in the driveway.

Island Gem B is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"Duncan was a great host. The property is better than it looks on the pictures, clean, good temperature, it has everything you need to enjoy a great stay. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the best beach on the island, great restaurants and shops close by.

"Great location! Great house! Great pool! We had a wonderful stay! The beach is less than 3 blocks away and you can walk to restaurants! Easy to find but still a quiet, peaceful area. Great parking next to door and pool! Loved that they let us use 3 beach chairs and a beach buggy! Very nice house! Thanks for letting us visit from Oklahoma!

Unforgettable family vacation!

"Our family vacation was unforgettable. Our stay at Ducan’s house was as expected. Very spacious, beautiful and peaceful decorations. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you needed to cook at home but there’s plenty of restaurants with delicious food and great ambiance. 3 blocks away from the beautiful AnnaMaria’s beach, give you the pleasure of going back and forward anytime of the day, just walking. I love this house and especially the private pool, and the deck . I will definitely rented again in our next vacation to AnnaMaria Islands.

Perfect location for walking the beaches

"We really enjoyed our stay at Island Gem B. It was the perfect location to walk the beaches and close to our favorite breakfast and lunch place, Ginny's & Jane E's! Other great places to eat nearby. The backyard is VERY private! The bed is VERY comfortable and everything is updated and very clean. We will come back!

Little oasis in the backyard!

"Our stay was wonderful! Having our own little oasis in the backyard with a pool was awesome. The location was great (walking distance to the beach) and close to some restaurants of Anna Maria Island. We were also very happy with the level of cleanliness and adorable decor!
