The convenient ground level layout accommodates up to 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room with a comfortable couch and oversized chairs to lounge offers plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy family time. Watch TV on the flat screen and keep connected with free Wi-Fi after a day on the beach or the boat! The pool area invites for more leisure activities.

Enjoy your private pool out back, fish off your dock, and relax by the pool. Stroll or bike to the Rod & Reel Pier, to shopping and to restaurants! Walk to the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets. The quiet, residential neighborhood makes this a wonderful island getaway!

The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are three parking spaces designated for this property. Parking trailers, large trucks, or RV will need approval.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August-January. Other months require manager approval.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

More beautiful than the weather!

"We arrived during Tropical Storm Debby. The house was our refuge during the storm. It was the perfect size for us (family of 4). The house was clean and the property was well maintained. We felt at home here and enjoyed all the different artwork throughout the house. We LOVED eating in the dining area with the huge glass doors. We really enjoyed the pool, especially since the ocean was too rough to swim in. We rented kayaks and enjoyed fishing in the canal. On day 3 a garbage truck ran over the water line, so we had no water. I called the property and someone was there within the 1/2 hour. Wonderful service. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here on our next visit to AMI.

"We enjoyed our stay in 2023 so much that we came back in 2024 and we have now booked for 2025. Gladiolus on the Water continues to be very well maintained and everything we liked about the location on our first visit still holds good. The service from Teamduncan has been excellent throughout our vacations which with the property makes a great package.

A Fantastic Getaway

"Stayed with my husband, two kids and two family members. We loved this property and we had everything we needed and more. Nicely decorated, clean, bright and airy, with very comfortable beds. The pool and backyard were a relaxing oasis and the house is in a prime location - only a short walk or cycle ride to the beach/shops/food. We all had a fantastic stay and can't wait to return!

Perfect House, Perfect Pool

"It is the second time that we have stayed at this house and we just love it. The house is in the perfect location and is very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a beautifully maintained back yard. The pool is awesome - big, warm and very clean and my husband loved to fish off the dock. We enjoyed chilling inside during the heat of the afternoon playing the many board games in the spacious living areas. We would highly recommend this home to couples and families and are already looking forward to returning next year.

Perfection

"Let's start with location. You do not need a car. You can walk to everything Anna Maria has to offer; beach, bay, both piers, a dozen restaurants, general store, bakery and numerous shops. If you want to go elsewhere on the island like Publix or CVS, there is a free trolly. And Kroger delivers right to your door. The house has a nice clean decor with everything you would want; living room with big screen TV, nice functional kitchen, bright modern master bedroom suite with wrap around glass sliding doors (great walk in shower), bright sun room with bar and full wall of sliding glass doors and the other two bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house from the master bedroom with it's own bathroom. The back yard is a real highlight with a large pool (which can be heated) right on the canal for a very open and pleasant view including wildlife and sunsets. You can fish off the dock or rent kayaks and travel the canal system. There is also a gas grill and dining table under a vine covered gazebo. It does not get any better than this. Perfection!!

Great House

"We have been renting vacation houses on AMI North End for the last 12 years and Gladiolus on the Water proved to be a great find. The house is very comfortable and well furnished with a lovely pool, garden and dock area. The covered pergola by the canal gives great shade in the garden if needed. The sun room/bar overlooking the pool and canal is a great chill out area. It is well equipped throughout and well maintained. We have booked it again for next year!

Amazing Stay!

"The house was very clean and a great size for our group of adults - we never felt cramped. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the outside living space was an oasis of calm so we spent most of our time right at the house. We LOVED the pool, the view and being able to fish off the dock or just sit and enjoy watching the sunset was so relaxing. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay here again in an instant.

"Stayed here in October 2022 with my partner and her family. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this beautiful, clean and well equipped house. Spacious rooms and comfortable quality furniture made our vacation comfortable and luxurious. The location was perfect, on a peacefully quiet street but just a short walk to the piers, beach, shops and restaurants that make Anna-Maria Island so unique. The best thing about this property for me though is the back yard, with a pool and large patio area, plenty big enough for lounge chairs. There is a wonderful shaded area with dining table for 6, excellent in the hotter parts of the day. At the rear there is a jetty that overlooks a wide section of canal which I particularly enjoyed as the sun went down each evening. It all felt very private and calm. I can't wait to go back again next year.

Pool is perfect!

"We’ve stayed at Gladiolus on the Water for 2 summer vacations now. The house is very comfortable, we come with our daughter, son in law and 2 of our grandchildren. It’s very spacious, clean. The pool is perfect. You can fish off of the little dock. There’s plenty of pool toys for the kids to enjoy. We look forward to coming back next summer.

Absolutely perfect!

"The location of this house is absolutely perfect. You are within walking or biking distance to the best parts of the island. The master bedroom and bathroom are a heavenly retreat. The pool is large and the backyard is just lovely. The kitchen is well stocked although keep in mind certain things like trash bags, dishwasher detergent and ziploc baggies are not provided. My kids loved the Netflix, Hulu and hbo max options!! There are plenty of family games for rainy days. We fished off the dock, read books by the pool, rode bicycles, got ice cream at Dips (twice!) and enjoyed the beach just blocks away. It doesn’t get better than this place!
