Welcome to Fanta Sea! This stunning 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom pool home has plenty of room for the whole family. Fanta Sea has three levels including a ground-level game room with a ping pong table, TV, board games and a seating area (not under a/c). This well-equipped home offers a great floorplan for couples or families traveling together. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms to accommodate 8 people very comfortably. The kitchen is top of the line with plenty of room to cook to make that great family dinner. There is an induction oven and cooktop plus a pot-filler faucet over the cooktop. Fanta Sea is located only a 7 minute walk to the Gulf beaches and is made easier by a beach cart to carry all your beach items. The list of extra amenities is long: Beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach cooler, grill, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, ping pong table, outdoor shower, just to name a few items.

Get spoiled by the tropical pool setting surrounded by mature trees. The game room will keep everybody entertained. Rinse off the sand after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower and hop in the 30 x 10 ft pool or the spa for another refreshing moment. There is a gas grill to cook your catch of the day and also plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family. There is plenty of parking both in the garage and in the driveway.

EXTERIOR

Get spoiled by the tropical pool setting surrounded by mature trees. The game room will keep everybody entertained. Rinse off the sand after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower and hop in the 30 x 10 ft pool or the spa for another refreshing moment. A gas grill to cook your catch of the day and also plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family. There is plenty of parking both in the garage and also in the drive-way.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

This property is protected by door bell surveillance.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"Thank you so much for having us in this beautiful home! We enjoyed it very much. From the big kitchen to the playroom, it was all amazing! We came here from Connecticut & Minnesota to enjoy the nice, warm weather. None of us are ready to return to the frigid, cold winters. Hope everyone enjoys this house as much as we did.!

"Duncan’s place was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with everything you could need (from tubber ware and spices to pool and beach accessories). Pool and bonus game room was a fun bonus! Great location close to the beach and Pine street- would definitely stay again!

Something for Everyone!

"What an amazing house! From the casual costal decor to the light-filled spacious rooms, Fanta Sea has something for everyone. A newly renovated chef’s kitchen that opens to the beautiful great room. A large and airy wrap around porch that is accessible from the great room and the main bedroom. Three additional bedrooms on the upper level, one with its own balcony. On the lower level, a rec room that is perfect for a kids (or big kids) hangout with a ping pong table and a TV for watching and playing video games. A large pool with a heated jacuzzi and beautiful, comfortable outdoor furniture for reading, sunning, and even dining. All this within a short walk to the beach and also within walking distance to shopping and dining. Fanta Sea is definitely a five star recommendation!!

What a spectacular find!

"It is quite rare that one selects both the perfect vacation location and an amazing home too. However, that is exactly what happened. Bright, cheerful colors greet you upon entry to this home and continue throughout the spacious living area and bedrooms. The home has been updated with beautiful wood floors, new kitchen appliances and remodeled bathrooms. We all agreed that we had never experienced a cleaner rental. Having a large personal pool and spa is another luxury that this home provides. My friends and I discovered numerous nearby restaurants where we enjoyed glorious sunsets and the most spectacular beaches imaginable. Our wish list included a short walk to the beach, fun and relaxing restaurants and an inviting "Florida" home. Our wishes were granted.

Absolutely Amazing!

"We had an incredible time at this house. The house is extremely clean and everything appears brand new. Top of the line appliances, spacious, fantastic outdoor patio. A quick 10 min walk gets you to the beach. Perfect for our large group with people coming later or wanting to leave earlier. 6 beach chairs, sand toys, and huge wagon provided. Huge pool for the days you don’t feel like going to the beach. Communication was great , I highly recommend!

Freshly updated, beautiful home!

"Had a great girls’ week here! House is beautiful inside and out – nicely decorated, super clean, and bright – looks completely updated. We each had our own bedroom (also beautifully decorated), and the living room was big enough for us to spread out with our laptops to get a little work done. I’m picky about bedding especially in warm places, and the sheets on the beds were ah-mazing. No polyester or cheap pillows! 2nd floor bath has a rain shower head. Location is great, in a nice residential neighborhood. Found out that there is a free trolley that circles the island – nice not to have to drive to find a lunch spot or afternoon cocktail. The trolley stop is just two doors down. Also an easy walk to the beach, and we borrowed the beach chairs and headed down before breakfast each morning. I wasn’t prepared for how beautiful the beaches are in this part of Florida. The sunsets are not to be missed. Kitchen was well-stocked and had brand new appliances – we did not cook but we made good use of the charcuterie set and pretty much all the drinkware. Thank you for having some coffee pods on hand – the one thing we forgot. After hitting up the Jersey Shore last summer, we’ve decided AMI is the place to be, and this place makes us want to come back!
