Welcome to Dolphin Resort!

This beautiful, centrally located 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms house has 1,612 square feet of elevated living space and offers the best of Island vacationing. Up to 6 guests will be accommodated very comfortably inside and out. From the quality quilts and linens on the beds, TVs in all the bedrooms and several fantastic outdoor areas.

The main floor offers a spacious sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with an Italian espresso maker and lots of pantry shelving and a breakfast bar. There is also a dining area to enjoy a great meal together. You will find a half bathroom and the washer/dryer on this level as well. There are two porches to pick from. Enjoy your morning coffee from the open patio with plenty of colorful chairs to relax. The screened in back porch will give you more seating for family meal times.
From the screened in porch leads a staircase to the pool area that will make everybody in the family happy. Plenty of seating, sun loungers to bask in the Florida sunshine. If you prefer cooling off refresh and relax in the seating areas in the pool. A spa offers additional water fun. Also enjoy the pool side Tiki Bar. Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity, challenge your fellow vacationers to a game of pool on the indoor pool table in the ground level game room (not under a/c).
All bedrooms are located on the top floor.

The location of Dolphin Resort is next to a tranquil park and 4 houses to the white sandy shore of the Gulf of Mexico. You are also within minutes from all the various restaurants, bars and boutiques of the Holmes Beach Shopping Plaza.
A fabulous beach day is made easy with provided beach cart, some beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.

EXTERIOR
Enjoy the outdoors on the various porches and the fantastic pool area. A stunning pool and spa to work on your Florida tan. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! A full-sized gas grill and Pool side Tiki Bar completes this perfect package. The bonus area just by the pool offers a pool table.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid August to January except holiday weeks. Other months require manager approval.

Beautiful home extremely close to the beach

"This home is a part of a duplex that we have been renting for the past several years. It is beautiful inside with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen and pool that will give you hours of fun and relaxation, when not at the beach. There is also a pool table in the garage that we love to use at night when we unwind. The location is great as you are within walking distance a few restaurants and a great ice cream parlor we frequent when on the island. It is close to attractions such as a dolphin boat tour we enjoy and it is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive to Publix. And least I forget, the beach is a straight walk about 5 minutes or less depending on how stuff you are hauling to the beach. We regularly leave our beach setup all day at the beach and readily walk back and forth to the house ad beach all day; that is how close it is. You cannot go wrong with this home for both comfort and location.

"We loved the house and the heated pool with a huge patio area and lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of room for all 6 of us to sit together or spread out. Lots of stairs, but we didn’t mind. Easy check in and check out process.

"The house was as advertised. Very spacious including a garage and pool table room downstairs. Lots of room for 6 people to share. The furniture was a bit dated but very comfortable and functional. Not a lot of frills or decorations inside the house but it was well equipped with kitchen and other household items. Very close to the beach and local shopping and eating establishments. Located on a street undergoing construction at the time so workers were there with large machinery every morning. Front view was to the back of a strip mall where the workers parked and enjoyed their smoke breaks. Back decks provided view of neighboring houses' unkept back yards. The price was acceptable for this offering. I would consider staying here again on a future visit.

Enjoyable stay!

"The house description is very accurate. Surprisingly, the location was very quiet despite some road construction right in front of the house and the nearby businesses. The beach is very close and accessible at the end of the road. The beach gear shown in the photos was usable (as of 7/30/22) and nice to have. The pool was small but perfect! The table in the deeper end, that allows for an umbrella made even the hottest days enjoyable and relaxing. If you travel with little ones, exercise caution around the pool. The tiles around the pool deck, get pretty warm to walk on. Enjoyable stay!
