Welcome to Blue Coconut Bungalow! This beautiful, centrally located 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house has 1,612 square feet of elevated living space and offers the best of Island vacationing. Up to six guests will be accommodated very comfortably inside and out. From the quality quilts and linens on the beds, TVs in all the bedrooms and several fantastic outdoor areas nothing has been spared when decorating this home.

EXTERIOR

Enjoy the outdoors on the various porches and the fantastic pool area. A tropical oasis offers a stunning 16 ft by 12 ft pool and spa. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! A full-sized gas grill completes the exterior package. The bonus area just by the pool offers a ping pong table complete with TV. From the screened in porch leads a staircase to the pool area that will make everybody in the family happy. Plenty of seating, sun loungers and a bar invite to hang out and bask in the Florida sunshine. If you prefer shade a pool umbrella covers one end of the pool with a shallow area to rest, refresh and relax. A spa offers additional water fun amid palm trees galore. Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity challenge your fellow vacationers to a round of ping pong in the ground level bonus area while watching your favorite sport show.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are two covered parking spaces in the garage and two other parking spaces in the driveway.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Other months require manager approval.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Our stay was very comfortable!

"Very nice and big house. Convenient location - close to the beach, shops, bars and all other island infrastructure. We enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in the living room altogether. Additional big appreciation to the Dunkan company who made all their best to find us this house (our original rental was not available due to the hurricane that just passed) and helped to make our stay there very comfortable. We use Duncan's services for the last 3 years and I am sure will be using not once in the future.

Wonderful, spacious accommodations

"This property has great amount of space for six adults to either find their own place to relax, or for everyone to congregate together comfortably. The grill and pool were used and enjoyed by all. An 5 minute walk and you’re at the beach! The property company were available when needed and responded quickly to questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

"This house had everything that my family needed and was well maintained and clean. We appreciated having the beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs to use for our beach days. It was a perfect location as it was a short walk to the beach, close to the trolley stops and other shops/restaurants. This was our first visit to Anna Maria and we would definitely consider staying at this house again!

Great location!

"House is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, very roomy for 6 people. Had a few things that could be updated. If you are planning a trip here are a few things you need to know: mosquito spray is a must. Terrible around the pool. Bring pool floats, hand soap, dish detergent and any seasoning like salt and pepper. Other kitchen tools are good. Plenty of pots and pans to cook with. The house was clean and very well decorated. We would stay there again.

Location is great!

"Location is great. Walking distance to everything you would need except a grocery store. Restaurants, shops, ice cream bars, liquor store are all easy walking distance. Beach is 3-5 minute walk. Beach is very nice. Property is very nice. Pool area is excellent. Would stay here again.

Location is perfect!

"This location is perfect for families looking to walk to the beach. We were able to walk to many shops, restaurants, and the marina across the street, where we chartered a sunset cruise. Really enjoyed the flow of the unit, and the pool area was certainly a tropical oasis. We used the pool more than the ocean to be honest. We booked last minute, so the price may have been a bit inflated, but we were very happy with our stay.
