Ideally situated at the corner of Spring and Crescent Avenues, it's right in the middle of everything the village of Anna Maria has to offer.

The pool is private for this side of the duplex. It is being heated and cooled to the perfect temperature all year round at a cost of $150.00 per week. Please no smoking inside, in the lanai, or by the pool area. This is a smoke free property! There is a designated smoking area by the fire pit in front of the house. If you like hanging out under the sun and stars when you're in Florida, Beach N Bay will be the perfect place to call home! Be sure to pack your mini drink umbrellas because you'll want to jump right in the pool, tropical drink in hand, and soak up the Anna Maria sunshine! This fantastic, private saltwater pool isn't just heated for wintertime enjoyment, it's one of only a handful of pools on the Island that are cooled for those hot summer months! At one end you'll find a tanning ledge, designed for sunbathing with your toes in the water -- also a great place to supervise little ones. On the other end you'll find a swim-up bar table and stools, as well as a spa. Lovely bronze herons serve as deck jets, shooting water into the pool. Your outdoor amenities are rounded out with a big grill that offers options for smoking, as well as cooking with gas or with charcoal. There's also a drink cooler, a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, an outdoor shower, and a screened porch with flat panel TV.

Beach N Bay 206 has two parking spots reserved for guests.
The weekly pool heat/cool fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
Beach N Bay 206 is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
