This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is close to the beach and access to Bimini Bay and Tampa Bay is just across the street. This condo features multiple porches, a fully stocked kitchen, a downstairs game room, and smart-TVs in every room. Avoid rental costs: bikes, kayaks, a paddleboard, beach umbrellas, a canopy, beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and a beach cart are all provided with this property.

Beach Breeze Hideaway is close to one of the stops for the free Island Trolley, which can take you to shopping or restaurants at the north and south ends of the island.
The screened-in back porch is one of the favorite relaxing spots on this property. The surrounding palm trees, the comfortable furniture, and the breeze from Tampa Bay make this a favorite place to read, relax or nap.
Using the dock across the street, you can access Bimini Bay and Tampa Bay.
There are two parking spaces in the driveway of this property.
Beach Breeze Hideaway is a pet-friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 and will be charged for each week. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

"Super responsive and helpful!! Semi took out the pole where all the power was hooked up to for our rental. Host did everything they could to make us more comfortable even offered new housing for the rest of our stay. Great location to walk to the beach and all the necessary equipment to enjoy the beach life !! Thank you for hosting us !! We will return.

"We love everything about this beach house! Clean, comfortable, and charming!! Great outdoor spaces, fully functional with no need overlooked from the well-stocked kitchen to all the fun beach equipment and supplies. Short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. It’s definitely our place to stay in AMI!! 🏖️

"Wonderful experience! Spacious, comfortable home, with front and back patios. Well-equipped kitchen. Tons of beach stuff which we didn’t get a chance to use because it was cold when we were there. Terrific location, only a couple blocks from the beach, and within easy walking distance of various restaurants. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. Great base to explore Anna Maria Island. We’ll be back!

Family, Friendly, and Cozy

"This is where you want to stay while visiting Holmes Beach at Anna Maria Island. It was an amazing experience from booking the property until our checkout time. Beautiful cozy property peaceful and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and easy access to all the beautiful beach boutiques and restaurants. This is our second stay and each experience has been greater than I expected. I rate this property a 5 +. Sincerely love this place!

"I highly recommend the beach breeze hideaway. It’s a charming home, very clean and with three fabulous decks to sit out on. Lovely home!

"We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. When we arrived, a Christmas tree and gifts were awaiting and that made us feel right at home. The home was clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the screened back porch to sit out in the evenings. Close to everything but felt peaceful and relaxing. We would stay again.

Lovely porches!

"We had a great week here- the kids loved the games downstairs and grown ups had space to find some quiet. The porches are lovely for enjoying the weather, it's a nice neighborhood and a great location- a quick ride or nice walk to shops and restaurants and close to the beach. We really appreciated the bikes/helmets and beach gear/toys. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy!

"Island Maria Island is a gem! Very family oriented. Beaches are gorgeous and super clean. No big crowds just families enjoying some sun, sand and sea. The house we rented was cute and cozy. Easy short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to everywhere on the north tip of the island. Can’t wait to go back to AMI. If you visit don’t forget to watch the sunsets from the beach they are stunning!
