Welcome to the serene luxury of Bayside Bliss which is a fully remodeled three-bedroom/three-bathroom, ground level cottage north of Pine Avenue in the City of Anna Maria. You are only 2 houses away from the Bay beach! Enjoy easy Island life surrounded by tropical landscaping. It sleeps up to 8 guests. The open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of seating in the large living room with its large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure and sleeper sofa. The beautiful, high-end kitchen is suited for all levels of chefs. It is stocked with everything you will need for light lunch or to prepare your catch of the day! There is an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table for the whole family. A second king ensuite bedroom is on the other side of the house for a convenient split layout.

Bring your family and enjoy all the amenities Bayside Bliss has to offer for time well spent together! Tucked away in a quiet side street on the sought-after North end of the island you can relax out-back on the screened in lanai. Enjoy the brand new large salt water pool with heating/cooling year round and spa in the backyard! There is a $150 pool fee per week in addition.
Stroll to the beach and soak up the sun! Return, freshen up and explore Pine Avenue for shopping or eating out, take in the Bay water views and the lights of the Sunshine Skyway at night on the Rod and Reel Pier.

The weekly pool heat/cool fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

Bayside Bliss has three parking spots reserved for guests.

Bayside Bliss is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Backyard is perfection!

"Communication was great and house was extremely neat. It really has everything and more especially in the kitchen and with household supplies. The backyard and location can’t be beat- walking distance to Pine and the beach. The pool has a hot tub, in pool table with umbrella, sun shelf with umbrella and plenty of room to relax! "What a beautiful place to spend the week as a family. We had plenty of room - most of which was spent on the lanai and at the pool. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to eat in and is in walking distance of restaurants and shopping if you don’t. It’s a beautiful and relaxing place to spend vacation. Will would love to return for another stay!

Wonderful retreat!

"Pleasant cottage that is laid out very well with plenty of gathering places to relax, play games or watch a movie. The backyard is a wonderful oasis with a pool and fireplace that we used often. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms make it easy for all guests to get ready for the days adventures. Close walking distance to everything Pine Street has to offer and the trolley stops if you don’t want to walk. Lovely place that was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

"We just completed two weeks at Bayside Bliss and we’re very pleased with the property. The house layout works very well with roomy bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and lanai. The beds were comfortable with good bedding and pillows. We used the lanai a lot and loved it - looking out at the lit pool at night was wonderful. The pool is awesome! In all our years of coming to AMI, this one was the best! I was even able to do some laps in it. The spa pool was easy to operate and delight to soak in. The backyard really is as big as it looks in the photos. The decorating is a bit on the “kitschy” side, yet cute. The place had everything we needed and is really well located. Worth noting- any minor service issues ( we needed a battery swap for the front door lock) are dealt with promptly and efficiently by the friendly folks at Duncan Realty.

"The home was so large- much bigger than we anticipated. I was so impressed with this home- I didn't want to leave. I wasn't expecting a brand new home and so tastefully designed - beautiful eat in kitchen and everything so nice Two beautiful Master suites and a great twin room- and 3 beautiful new bathrooms-So much room for everyone - formal dining room and a huge screened in porch with a gigantic TV that you can actually watch while floating in the beautiful pool! . The pool and yard was a sanctuary in itself Loved the fact it is one level - no stairs and the location is the best one the island. Quiet residential but close to pier and Pine Ave-I am already looking into booking it next year for my family!!

Beautiful home & great location!

"We loved our week getaway. Right down the road from the beach. Half mile from main road with shops & food. Lots of great seafood restaurants within half mile walk. Pool was beautiful with place to put chairs and in shallow water and built in sitting area with table in the deep end. Backyard is private & quiet. Would definitely come again.

Absolutely amazing!

"Hello, we recently had the pleasure of staying at Bayside Bliss in Anna Maria. Our original place didn't work out and luckily Bayside Bliss had a last minute cancelation and we were able to get in. It was absolutely amazing- so much nicer than what we expected. So well designed from each of the large bedrooms and baths to the beautiful lanai looking out to an incredible tropical yard and amazing pool. Everything you need was supplied - from pool and beach toys to all the small appliances. The location can't be beat -so close to everything- The City Pier, Pine Ave and Gulf- we rented bikes and didn't need a car between the bikes, free trolley and monkey bus it was perfect! We found paradise at Bayside Bliss and we are definitely returning! Thanks for a perfect holiday!

This house is great!

"This house is great! Looks and feels exactly as the pictures show. The local property manager was awesome as well. Very responsive to our needs and issues. Nothing major though. A loose door knob and a coffee maker issue. Both resolved in under an hour. 2 min walk to the bay, 10-15 min walk to the Gulf.

Lovely backyard!

"The home is just as listed. Furniture was very comfortable along with the beds. Towels were great and we were impressed at how clean the house was. The kitchen is well appointed. The beach chairs were a great surprise along with the beach towels and beach cart. The screened in porch was so nice to sit in on VERY nice furniture. There is also a lovely back yard... I highly recommend it!
