As a Realtor, Andrea’s first priority is making clients happy.  Listening to clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction as well as striving to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free.  Andrea can be counted on at any time of day to answer questions or discuss concerns.  Building and maintaining relationships by effective communication and quality service is important to Andrea.

Andrea’s passion for supporting people in following their dreams and achieving their goals is clear.  Past work has awarded her real life experience in customer services, extensive management, legal documents, and sales.

For 45 years, Andrea has vacationed to the island and has generations of family here.  Once the opportunity arose to make Anna Maria Island her year-round home, she vacated the Northeast and settled into this amazing community to enjoy island life and all the surrounding areas have to offer.

Andrea grew up in a small town south of Buffalo, NY – Go Bills – although most of her adult life was spent in Connecticut.  Apart from real estate, Andrea owns and teaches at a local yoga studio.  She guides locals and tourists alike in SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) as it keeps her close to the water and her beloved beach.  She also loves to fish and cook up the latest catch!  Andrea is very active in the community, sitting on the board of the local theater where she is also a stage manager.  She loves music and plays relaxing tunes on the ukulele.  Life is good here on AMI.
