Sybille was born and raised in Germany and discovered Anna Maria Island in 1988. As many vacationers, she and her husband made the island their permanent home and raised their twins here.
Instead of practicing dental medicine, Sybille earned her real estate sales license and acquired extensive knowledge of the vacation rental business. She first joined Duncan Real Estate as a sales associate in 2003 and returned in February 2018 as addition to the Duncan Rental Team.
Knowing the island for so many years she is very familiar with the history of Anna Maria Island, every street on our 7 mile island, best restaurants and so much more.
As a former Turtle Watch volunteer Sybille is still engaged in preserving our beautiful island nature and attends beach clean ups regularly. Otherwise she enjoys playing tennis and gardening in her leisure time.
