Vacation homes have so much more to offer than a hotel room. Be sure that both the interior and exterior of your property are of the quality that travelers expect. Our team can assist with staging and getting your property ready for the rental market.

  • Make it easy to clean! Buy furniture that can be wiped down and consider tile, wood or terrazzo flooring due to the beach sand. A few rugs make the room cozier.
  • Buy good quality furniture! Rentals endure more wear and tear. Be prepared to replace the furnishings more often than in your primary home.  Avoid clear glass tables or anything with sharp edges. Match your interior choices with the rental rate range. Top rates require luxury decor. 
  • Make it feel like home away from home! Your guests go on vacation to relax and look for comfort.
  •  Incorporate the beach! Guests like to be surrounded by beachy decor and light island colors like blues, greens, yellows and tans.
